Walk-in || Wave Soldering Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

* Operate and monitor the wave soldering machine.

* Set solder temperature, pre-heater temperature & conveyor speed.

* Maintain proper flux level and spraying.

* Monitor soldering quality and identify defects.

* Maintain solder pot and remove dross regularly.

* Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

* Follow safety and ESD requirements.

* Coordinate with QC and Production to ensure smooth production.
