Walk-in || Warehouse Supervisor

JD Supervisor -Put away (IR, AOE, ICO):

1. Check any previous pending activity and current plan.
2. Conduct Shift Start and Handover Meeting
3. Ensure Manpower Plan Vs actual available on every shift start if any gap informs to HR/Manager immediately and plan the work accordingly.
4. Supervisor needs to ensure Right person used for right job as per skill matrix.
5. Check daily any pick released for AOE, IR, ICO in oracle system and generate Logistic report.
6. Release pick order, printout the same and handover to picker
7. Ensure within 24 hours all pick is completed.
8. Check and ensure all Back orders done within shift time and get prior approval with Assistant Manager and Manager
9. Generate address stickers and give it to pickers.
10. Ensure all stickers pasted materials move to dock audit.
11. Sign-off the pick order along with Packer & Picker
12. Complete TMO Movement in oracle system for all Picks done.
13. Handover all Pick slips for Invoicing.
14. Check and Ensure all Palletization is done as per pick slip.
15. Co-ordinate with gates for Export Fumigation Pallet requirements (Ensure Minimum 20 Buffer is Maintained)
16. Receive Unloading Check sheet from the Inbound Supervisors
17. Ensure all materials Put away done within 48 hours of gate entry and updated in the unloading Checksheets.
18. After Completion of Put away Handover Unloading Check sheet to Inbound Supervisor
19. Check and ensure put away location accuracy by doing random audit and maintain the record.
20. Ensure waiting for put away Cone identification given for Put away materials IR, ICO, AOE
21. Supervisor needs to Check ensure 5S and Safety in the Packing area and maintain the standards.
22. If any Customer Complaints comes analyse root cause and support for required data and follow up the Corrective and Preventive action given
23. Ensure there is No Mix-Up, Damage and Wrong Bin materials available in the racks. If found needs to clear immediately
24. Ensure all assets maintained properly and any issue found inform immediately to the Manager.
