Walk-in || Warehouse Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper material identification, segregation, and storage as per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Handle RM, PM, FG and other warehouse materials.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, registers, and system entries.
• Monitor expiry, near-expiry, damaged, and rejected materials and ensure proper segregation.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, housekeeping, and data integrity requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, FIFO/FEFO and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.
