Role & responsibilities

We are a Property Management company looking for an MIS Executive to handle overall operations primarily involving rent collection. The candidate is responsible for maintaining the data of the company and pull necessary reports as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with minimum 3 years of Experience in Spreadsheets.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and report preparation.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounts and accounting records.

Perform daily bank reconciliation.

Coordinate with the Auditor for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

Process bank transfers and maintain cash records.

Prepare payroll and salary disbursement.

Ensure timely payment of Electricity Bills, Property Tax, Water Tax, Telephone Bills, Internet Bills, and Advance Tax.

Coordinate with the Collection Executive to monitor rent collections and outstanding dues.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Renew Health Insurance and Motor Insurance policies before expiry.

Prepare periodic MIS reports using spreadsheets.
