Walk-in || Volume Recruiter

We are looking for a Volume Recruiter with 03 years of recruitment experience to manage high-volume hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, and volume hiring, with the ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates efficiently within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in drives to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring/operations teams.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure candidates are available and interested throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills

• 03 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Non-IT hiring.
• Prior experience in volume hiring / bulk hiring is mandatory or highly preferred.
• Experience hiring for BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Back Office, Data Entry, and other Non-IT roles is preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
