Hiring for Domestic voice process
Role: Telemarketing / Telecaller

Industry: Real Estate

Experience: 1 to 5 years (No freshers)

Location: Sholinganallur

Salary: 25k + Incentives

Week Off: Tuesday

Eligibility: Candidates with voice process experience only are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Candidates must be able to speak both English and Tamil fluently.
• Explain real estate project details, pricing, and benefits.
• Generate leads and fix appointments / site visits.
• Maintain follow-up calls to increase walk-ins.
• Update customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in real estate telemarketing is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
