Walk-in || Voice Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain the companys financial products and services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular support.
• Assist customers with account opening, KYC and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and service requests.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups and customer information.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Good convincing, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, stock market and investment services is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a voice-based sales/customer relationship environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Stock Market, BPO or Telecalling backgrounds will be preferred.
