Walk-in || Voice Process Executive

We are looking for a Voice Process Executive who is comfortable speaking with people over the phone, can build good conversations and is confident with follow-ups.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls and speak with people to collect relevant information.
• Build a comfortable conversation and engage with people in a professional manner.
• Ask relevant questions, understand responses and capture information accurately.
• Follow up with contacts to complete pending information or get required responses.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses and information collected.
• Update and manage the information in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Address basic queries during calls and provide the right information when required.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.

Who We are Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in Telecalling, Voice Process, Customer Support, Customer Service or Calling roles.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good spoken English and Hindi.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Confident, friendly and professional while communicating.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
