Job Description

We are hiring dynamic customer service professionals for our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. In this role, you will provide round-the-clock medical assistance, coordinate global healthcare services, and manage claim inquiries for international travelers and expatriates across our global provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• 24/7 Global Medical Assistance: Handle inbound calls on international emergency helplines and coordinate alarm center operations for travelers and expats worldwide.
• Cashless Hospitalization: Facilitate cashless admission, treatment authorization, and coordination with global healthcare facilities.
• Claims & Query Support: Address inquiries regarding medical claim status, invoice reviews, and coverage details for international clients and policyholders.
• Network & Team Coordination: Coordinate with our global network of over 500,000 medical providers across 185+ countries to ensure seamless patient care.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in an International Voice Process, Healthcare/TPA Customer Support, or BPO environment (Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts and weekends).
• Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency.
