Walk-in || Vmc Machine Operator

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
• Load and unload components and ensure proper clamping.
• Perform tool offset and work offset corrections.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
• Check component dimensions and maintain required quality standards.
• Monitor tool condition and inform the supervisor about tool wear or machine issues.
• Follow CNC programs, work instructions, and process sheets.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Achieve daily production and quality targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 year or more experience as a VMC/CNC Operator.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of VMC operation and CNC machining.
• Knowledge of tool offset and work offset correction.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controllers preferred.
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
• Candidates from nearby industrial areas are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
