Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, driven Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill technical domainsspecifically Semiconductor Design (VLSI/ASIC), Embedded Systems, and Automotive Electronics. In this role, you will act as a key talent partner owning end-to-end recruitment cycles for elite global clients like Infineon, mapping complex talent landscapes, and closing critical engineering mandates.
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement kickoff, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to salary negotiation and offer closure.
• Niche Technical Sourcing: Leverage advanced Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Dice), and professional networking platforms to source passive talent in VLSI, ASIC Design/Verification, Embedded C/C++, AUTOSAR, and Power Electronics (SiC/GaN).
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with client hiring managers and internal teams to understand granular job descriptions, technical competencies, and team cultures.
• Candidate Assessment & Vetting: Conduct rigorous initial technical and behavioral screenings to evaluate candidate competency, stability, and cultural fit against complex engineering specifications.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, robust talent pipeline and database for recurring semiconductor and embedded tech requirements to ensure rapid turnaround times (TAT).
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of semiconductor industry trends, talent pool availability, and competitor hiring strategies to advise clients effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of core technical recruitment experience, with at least 223years specifically focused on sourcing for Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Automotive Tech, or Core Hardware Engineering mandates.
• Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of engineering terminologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM, RTL, AUTOSAR, RTOS, ARM/TriCore MCUs) to effectively screen and speak the language of technical talent.
• Sourcing Expertise: Mastery over advanced Boolean search operators, LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, and alternative sourcing channels (GitHub, StackOverflow, targeted tech forums).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to candidate pitching and client management.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
