Walk-in || Visual Merchandiser

Planning

• Conduct showroom audit planning to ensure that the brand presentation at all company showrooms in the region is consistent.
• Create engaging product displays & execute display changes based on psychographic study and share before and after pictures to the Senior Management.
• Plan, coordinate and execute new store setup by applying VM theory and principles as per the guidelines and train & develop staff on the visual aspect of the store.
• Plan budget and expenses according to the inputs from vendors and Senior Management.

Functional Responsibilities

• Visit and audit store locations based on priority lists by preparing monthly travel calendars and interacting with RMs and Store Managers on overall feedback.
• Manage store ambiance to drive sales and evaluate sales performance based on the conceptualization, creation, and execution of displays as per the design brief.
• Responsible for Seasonal creative update and New/renovated showrooms update of Displays & Logos.
• Plan, mockup, and source new display units and props as per the Marketing Calendar and prepare detailed design dockets for docket execution within the timelines.
• Conduct research on new materials and technologies to reduce the cost and increase the standard of displays.
• Maintain VM software for the accountability of VM assets and ordering of new Picture displays, seasonal changes of visuals, etc.
• Cross verification of Invoices related to Visual Merchandising, timely submission in purchase department and, follow-up with the accounts team for payment releasing.

Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineer, display units, production vendors, showroom team & statues vendor by conducting recce of display counters, ornaments quantity, and placement of counter display statues and backup trays.
• Coordinate with the Project Team for the timely completion of the implementation of store design, logos, picture displays, and other branding tools during renovated and new showrooms opening.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department in new vendor & material sourcing and coordinate with External agencies for the development of Brand Displays.
• Follow up with Vendors for getting the right products and quotes and ensure timely dispatch for the same.
• Coordinate with the showroom team, Regional Directors & Drawing team for the escalation of the design or layout change of showrooms.
• Utilize space, identify key points of showrooms, lighting creativity and provide creative coordination for other verticals (Malabar Watches, EHAM digital, etc.)
• Develop a VM team base for the showrooms and coordinate for showroom requirements (incl. Product packing & carry bag materials) and campaign implementations.
• Ensure VM support for activities, campaigns, and promotions & meet brand standards & within the budgets and timelines.
• Coordination and management of internal & external exhibitions and the product meet etc.
