Walk-in || Visa Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in obtaining visas for travel, work or study purposes
• Provide information on visa application procedures and requirements
• Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately
• Ensure that all visa application documents are complete and accurate
• Liaise with embassies and consulates on behalf of clients to expedite visa processing
• Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and procedures
• Answer client inquiries regarding visa application status and provide updates
• Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of visa regulations and procedures
• Experience in assisting clients with visa applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high workload
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
• Familiarity with different types of visas and their requirements
• Fluency in at least one additional language
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' needs
