Walk-in || Virtual Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through telephonic and digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting financial products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with allocated customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Cross-sell and up-sell NBFC products such as Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Equipment Finance, LAP, and other lending products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads from the existing customer database and convert them into business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Tele-Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Knowledge of Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Equipment Finance, or other lending products.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
