Job Description

We are looking for experienced Virtual Relationship Managers / Telesales Executives to join our team. Candidates will handle leads provided by the company, interact with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and assist them with suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads provided by the company.
• Make outbound calls and interact with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance products.
• Follow up with customers and assist throughout the sales process.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales objectives.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of telesales / insurance sales experience.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates with insurance sales experience will be preferred.
