Walk-in || Virtual Relationship Manager - Forex

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for outward remittance products.
• Educate customers about available forex and remittance services, exchange rates, and applicable charges.
• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into successful remittance transactions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
• Cross-sell relevant forex & banking products i.e Insurance, Debit Card upgrade, etc. wherever applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound calling, tele sales, banking sales, forex, or remittance business.
• Knowledge of Forex, FEMA, and Outward Remittance processes is preferred.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of banking and financial products.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
