Chamele Advertising Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, creative Video Editor (02 years of experience) to craft high-impact video ads, social media reels, brand films, and performance marketing assets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Assembly: Edit raw footage into sharp, engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts, digital ads) and long-form video content tailored for social media platforms.
• Motion Graphics & Visuals: Create clean kinetic typography, callouts, basic visual effects, lower thirds, and dynamic transitions.
• Audio & Sound Design: Select suitable background tracks, align sound effects, and handle basic audio cleanup/leveling to deliver crisp sound.
• Color Correction: Apply basic color correction and grading to keep visuals clean, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Multi-Format Exporting: Reframe and export final edits into multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5) optimized for various ad channels.
• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside creative leads, copywriters, and performance marketers to execute visual concepts effectively.
• Asset Organization: Maintain organized project files, folder structures, and stock libraries to consistently meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 02 years of video editing experience. (Talented freshers with a strong personal portfolio or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (working knowledge of Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is a plus).
• Portfolio / Showreel: Must provide a reel or portfolio links demonstrating good editing pacing, social media creative styles, and visual hooks.
• Platform Literacy: Good understanding of current social media trends, viral editing styles, and platform-specific video specs.
• Work Ethic & Adaptability: Eager to learn, open to creative feedback, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
