Job Description International Lead Generation

Position: Lead Generation Executive
Process: International US Process
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (fixed shift 6.30 pm - 3.30 am)
Week Off: 2 Days Rotational

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for the US market.
• Connect with potential customers and identify their requirements.
• Follow the defined sales/lead generation process and scripts.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
• Maintain required quality and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working from office in Kolkata.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
