Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for our US Voice Mortgage Process. If you have hands-on experience in the US Mortgage domain or Banking Customer Support and possess strong communication and mortgage process knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a leading organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking Customer Support OR
• Minimum 18 months of experience in the US Mortgage domain
• Any Graduate Undergraduates and result-awaited candidates are not eligible
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage/Loan Process
• Strong knowledge of Loan Processing and Mortgage Life Cycle
• Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through voice support for the US Mortgage process.
• Assist customers with queries related to mortgage/loan applications and processing.
• Understand and explain the loan cycle and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate and provide accurate information regarding loan processing activities.
• Resolve customer queries effectively while maintaining high service quality.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage and Loan Processing
• Understanding of the Mortgage/Loan Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Loan Processing Documents
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle customer queries effectively
