Walk-in || Us It Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in starting their careers as US IT Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable IT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Learn US staffing models such as W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
• Understand US work authorization categories and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with senior recruiters and hiring teams.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and US staffing.
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Good interpersonal skills and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in US time zones, if required.
