Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate pay rates and check candidate availability/work authorization.
• Meet daily recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in US IT staffing is preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IT technologies, Boolean search, and US work authorizations.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
