Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for the role of US IT Recruiter. This position is ideal for MBA or Graduate candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to build a career in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand US client requirements for IT positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates on interview status and offer processes.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift)

Education Qualification:

• MBA or Any Graduate
