ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on US IT Bench Sales / Staffing
• Market and place IT consultants on available requirements
• Work with C2C, W2 and Full-Time requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, recruiters and clients
• Handle consultant submissions and follow-ups
• Negotiate rates with vendors/clients
• Build and maintain vendor/client relationships
• Track interviews, submissions and placements
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
