Walk-in || Urgently Required Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Executive with a background in the civil construction and infrastructure industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and manpower management for the Head Office and various project sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Source and hire Project Managers, Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, Supervisors, Store In-charges, and other technical and non-technical staff.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Conduct CV screening, schedule interviews, negotiate salary, and coordinate candidate joining.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary processing and full and final settlements.
• Assist in PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, resignation, exit formalities, and notice-period management.
• Coordinate with project sites for manpower deployment, attendance, employee transfers, and replacements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and employee databases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a civil construction, infrastructure, or EPC company.
• Experience in recruiting technical manpower for building construction and government infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different project locations.
