Tech Mahindra is hiring for Associate Customer Support Role(Chat Process)

Designation:

• Associate Customer Support
• Have to resolve customers query through chat

Job Profile:

Mandatory Criteria:

• Min 10+2 or 3 years diploma
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8hrs work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Salary upto 2.42 LPA
