2. Have to be detailed – oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries.

3. Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems

4. Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.

5. Maintain a record of customers’ interactions, and manage customer’s accounts.

6. Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.

7. Customers must be engaged and informed about the company’s product offerings.
