Job Responsibility

Perform Year-End Compliance activities support & Audit functions, including Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Perform monthly reconciliations of debtor and creditor accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports for management review.
Maintain the General Ledger by posting and transferring subsidiary account balances, preparing trial balances, and reconciling ledger entries.
Reconcile GST accounts and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and business entities in accordance with statutory requirements.
