Walk-in || Urgent Openings For Fresher - AR Follow Up - Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
• Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
• Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
• Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
• Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
• Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
• should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers/Candidates have experience in any BPO domain
• Preferred if candidate worked in AR calling (Denial management).
• Good English communication skill
• Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
• BE/BTech are not entertained if they dont have prior work experience in RCM industry
• Flexible for night shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
