JOB PROFILE SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Position: Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: Branch Manager

Location:vadodara//Rajasthan//bharuch.

Eligibility

Candidates with relevant experience in the Water Treatment Industry are preferred.

Experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales will be an added advantage.

Candidate should be computer savvy and willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for sales of Water & Wastewater Treatment Services, including AMC, O&M, chemicals, consumables, and spares.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Develop and implement local sales strategies for market penetration.

Expand business and develop new customers within the assigned territory.

Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Develop corporate and multi-location business tie-ups.

Track product-wise enquiries, quotations, and conversions.

Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and adequate stock availability.

Coordinate with customers to understand production plans and forecast product requirements.

Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Study competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Maintain proper business processes and systems.

Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on time.

Other Requirements

Good computer skills.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Good understanding of B2B / Industrial Sales.

Relevant experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry will be preferred.
