Key Responsibilities

Handle merchant customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and branch visits.
Ensure prompt resolution of merchant-related issues pertaining to POS machines, QR codes, settlements, transactions, and other banking services.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely closure of customer concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Educate merchants about banking products, digital payment solutions, and service processes.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to customer service standards.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services to existing merchants.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline is mandatory.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be up to 30 years of age
