• Experience in US IT Recruitment and/or Bench Sales.
• Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job market.
• Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of US time zones and recruitment processes.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is preferred.
