We are hiring IT & Non-IT Recruiters

0-4 years of experience. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in recruitment can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct initial calls and explain job details.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment reports.
• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (04 years) can apply.
