Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various positions.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the respective teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR/admin requirements.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR operations.
