Role & responsibilities :-

• Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
• Help customers with their matrimony profiles and services.
• Explain membership plans and promote paid services.
• Make follow-up calls to existing and new customers.
• Solve customer queries and provide proper support.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues.
• Provide good customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Mininum 1 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / BPO.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and sales targets.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Marathi preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
