Position Details:

• Role: Medical Officer (Processor)
• Location: Chennai
• Experience: 0 to 3 Years
• Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month + Variable Pay
• FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY

Eligibility Criteria:

• BAMS / BHMS / BDS from a recognized medical college
• Experience in the Insurance / TPA industry will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process health insurance claims as per policy guidelines.
• Analyze medical records, treatment documents, and hospital bills.
• Assess claim eligibility and recommend approval, rejection, or query.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim adjudication.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim-related clarifications.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with company processes.
