Role:Customer success associate (outbound voice process)

We are hiring Fresh Graduates for customer-facing and operations roles in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow up for pending documents, payments, and information.
• Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Assist with repayment-related queries and follow-ups.
• Remind overdue customers about pending payments politely.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and updates.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility:

• Fresh Graduates from any stream.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.(Mandatory)
• Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
