Incedo Technology is conducting a walk-in drive for the position of Associate Account Operations in Gurugram. The role involves supporting financial-services operations, including Money Movement, Account Maintenance, operational controls, query resolution, process documentation, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience required: 1 to 2 years only
• Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Account Operations, Money Movement, or Account Maintenance are preferred.
• MBA Finance freshers from the 2026 passing batch are also eligible.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a permanent night shift.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days from the Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned operational tasks accurately within defined timelines.
• Handle activities related to Money Movement and Account Maintenance.
• Respond to operational queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor work queues and meet productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
• Maintain data integrity and comply with process controls and KPIs.
• Identify and escalate critical operational issues.
• Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs and process documents.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and root-cause analysis initiatives.
