We are looking for US IT Recruiters / Bench Sales Recruiters with 04 years of experience. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in US recruitment can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements.
• Work on US IT requirements and submit suitable profiles.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• For Bench Sales: Market consultants to vendors and clients and generate interview opportunities.
• Maintain candidate and submission details.
• Follow up on interviews, submissions, and placements.
• Meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of US time zones is an advantage.
• Good sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Experience: 04 years.
