Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's hiring requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining. etc

Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
