Walk-in || Urgent Hiring For Domestic IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within the domestic market.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with IT staffing/consulting firms.
• Knowledge of contract and permanent hiring models.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems
