Walk-in || Urgent Hiring - Customer Service / Student Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all the time.
• Prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries/feedback/complaints
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, complaints, feedback and inquires
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve that problem.
• Handling large amounts of incoming calls, chats and emails on regular basis.
• Coordinating with other teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service profile.
• Required excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Working knowledge of MS office applications.
• Familiar with CRM systems if any. (optional)
• Customer centric and ability to adapt/respond to different types work in the same domain
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Education Background: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Work Experience: 1-2 Years
