Walk-in || UKG Pro - S

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support UKG Pro HCM solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement and maintain UKG Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time & Attendance.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design and develop integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and system settings.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using UKG reporting tools.
• Support payroll processing, audits, compliance, and related HR operations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure system effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
• Create technical and functional documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes.
• Experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro modules.
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management processes.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience.
• Knowledge of data validation, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
