Turnaround Planner

Experience: 3-12 Years
Location: Chennai / Vadodara
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate turnaround/shutdown maintenance activities.
• Develop detailed work packages, job plans, resource plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for material availability.
• Create, prioritize, and monitor work orders in SAP PM/CMMS.
• Ensure manpower, tools, equipment, and materials are available before execution.
• Track turnaround progress and provide schedule updates.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
• Support post-turnaround reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
