Walk-in || Travel Package Executive Domestic and International

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
• Design and customize attractive travel itineraries.
• Prepare quotations for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and international suppliers.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive rates.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
• Coordinate visa, travel insurance, forex, transfers, and other travel-related services where applicable.
• Ensure smooth execution of confirmed packages.
• Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and customer issues professionally.
• Maintain customer and booking records in CRM/Excel/software.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Keep updated with new destinations, hotels, attractions, travel regulations, and seasonal offers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
• Good itinerary planning and costing skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and travel booking/CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English; Hindi/local language is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 15 years of experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, travel agency, or holiday package sales.
• Freshers with strong destination knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
