Role Overview This role is responsible for achieving operational targets for the MICE / Leisure business unit, by defining and implementing service initiatives to offer best-in-class service to our clients.
This role will be responsible to co-ordinate with various suppliers/vendors to get competitive estimates and services to optimize the cost on behalf of the company. Purpose of Role

1. To achieve Gross Operating Profit for the business

1. Get the best quotes / services from various agencies to cut competition
2. Closely monitor tour operating cost and service levels
3. Coordinating and Negotiating with Vendors/suppliers (DMCs) to increase profitability on an acquired business
4. Built and maintain healthy relationship with transporters, hotels, airlines and other local agencies
5. Payment to Suppliers
6. Upselling to increase profitability and enhance client experience on ground
7. Maintaining of Tour cost as per the statement of margin
8. Ensure Customer information is shared with suppliers real time
9. Ensuring smooth on ground operations of the group as per memorandum of understanding
10. Closure of Files as per Company guidelines and ensuring adherence to system, policies and process
