Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end ticketing & fulfillment operations:

Ticket issuance, reissuance, revalidation, exchanges, cancellations & refunds on Amadeus (Cryptic)

BSP/ARC processes, ADM/ACM & Refund Application.

PNR creation & management, schedule changes, IRROPS.

New bookings, ancillaries & special service requests (SSR).

• Deliver voice-based customer support across the booking lifecycle:

New bookings, ancillaries & special service requests (SSR).

Full/partial exchanges, cancellations & refunds, schedule changes.

PNR creation/modification across all passenger categories (PTC).

Strong grasp of fare rules, ticket images & fare calculation lines.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience (Minimum 6 months) with Amadeus (Mandatory), Galileo an add-on.

6+ months experience in ticketing/refunds/exchanges/booking support

Strong written & spoken English; typing speed 30 WPM @ 85% accuracy.
