1. Take shared responsibility along with Sales Towards revenue enhancement & achieving targets. 2. Accountable for Destination/Product wise Profitability across the Short haul Holidays Business for both brands. 3. To check the competition and their products and rates on a regular basis and share the learning. 4. To maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders. 5. To ensure the ZERO liability 6. To maintain product cost as per the SOM (Statement of Margin)/cost sheet decided by the management. 7. Ensure smooth transition to the fulfilment team post sales confirmations. 8. Be vigilante of any cost impacting market changes and accordingly collaborate with suppliers and vendor to make changes 9. Ensure that First Time Right solutions are given to the sales team with Turn Around Time 10. Follow up aggressively on every quote given to sales team 11. Support sales team with destination information and support them to close the deal 12. Support Sales and work as a team to maximize conversions 13. Ensure adherence to the compliance requirements as defined by the Company 14. Retaining current suppliers effectively 15. Process quality management & Vendor Management
