Process: International Travel Voice
Salary: Up to 40,000 + 8,100 PLI
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift & Week Off: Rotational
Transport: 1-Way Cab + 1-Way Shuttle

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international travel-related customer queries over calls.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and ticket reissuance.
• Provide support regarding itineraries, fares, and travel policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective query resolution.

Eligibility

• International travel process experience preferred.
• Mandatory: GDS knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs.
