We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport Manager to manage and supervise our transportation operations in Delhi.

Experience: 5+ years in transport/fleet management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation and fleet operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle deployment and routes.
• Supervise drivers, transport staff, and vehicle schedules.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, fitness, insurance, and documentation.
• Control transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.
• Handle transport vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
• Maintain proper records of vehicles, fuel, expenses, and trips.
• Ensure compliance with applicable transport and safety regulations.
• Resolve day-to-day transport-related issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transport/fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes and transportation operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Should be capable of handling drivers and multiple vehicles independently.
• Practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport documentation will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
