Role: Transaction Monitoring Analyst / Team Member

Department: RCU - Transaction Monitoring
Location: Infinity Park, Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 1+ Years
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of transactions and fraud alerts.
• Fraud detection and prevention through account transaction monitoring.
• Customer calling for transaction verification.
• Channel blocking and debit freeze marking on suspicious transactions.
• Alert closure and resolution within defined TAT.
• Preparation and maintenance of Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.
• Coordination with branches and internal stakeholders.
• Working on fraud monitoring tools, Finacle and related systems.

Eligibility

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Monitoring / Fraud Monitoring / Fraud Risk / Banking Operations.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
